  • Keith G. Dobner, 34, Harvard, was arrested Feb. 13 in the 2000 block of South Eastwood Drive, on charges of aggravated assault with a motor vehicle, reckless conduct, criminal damage to property, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Released after posting 10 percent of $15,000 bond. Court date March 10.
    Matthew K. Wiese, 23, Woodstock, was arrested Feb. 11 in the 400 block of Washington Street on two charges of domestic battery. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
    Kenia Tapia-Hernandez, 26, Woodstock, was arrested Feb. 13 at South Street and Tara Drive on charges of driving while license suspended, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, and expired registration. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date March 18.
    Leobardo Alaguna Loma, 47, Woodstock, was arrested Feb. 13 in the 1500 block of North Seminary Avenue, on charges of driving under the influence, driving under the influence with blood-alcohol content over 0.08 percent, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Bond $3,000. Released on personal recognizance. Court date March 24.
    Luis A. Hernandez Carreno, 19, Woodstock, was arrested March 14 at Heron Way and McConnell Road on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Released after posting 10 percent of $3,000 bond. Court date March 7.
    Marissa E. Ziemann, 18, Woodstock, was arrested Feb. 14 in the 2000 block of South Eastwood Drive on charges of possession of cannabis in motor vehicle (driver), possession of cannabis (30-100 grams), resisting police officer, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, failure to signal, and possession of tobacco by a minor. Released after posting $100 and 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date March 24.
    Female juvenile, 17, was arrested Feb. 14 on charges of possession of cannabis in motor vehicle (passenger), possession of cannabis (30-100 grams), resisting police officer, and possession of tobacco by a minor. Bond $2,500. Released to parent. Court date March 24.
    Thomas Kotovsky, 36, Woodstock, was arrested Feb. 13 in the 500 block of Dean Street on a McHenry County warrant charging driving while license revoked. Held on $10,000 bond. Court date to be set.
    Michael A. Cadieux, 43, Woodstock, was arrested Feb. 14 in the 1100 block of Lake Avenue on a charge of driving while license revoked. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date March 24.
    Dustin D. Hanabarger, 32, Union, was arrested Feb. 15 in the 1500 block of North Seminary Avenue on a charge of disorderly conduct/window peeping. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
    Jeffrey A. Mroczenski, 51, Woodstock, was arrested Feb. 16 at Jackson and Pleasant streets on charges of driving while license suspended and driving with one headlight. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date April 21.
    Jake A. Baraglia, 30, transient, was arrested Feb. 16 in the 2000 block of Eastwood Avenue on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
