  • Alexandra K. Eaden, 33, Des Plaines, was arrested Jan. 9 in the 600 block of South Eastwood Drive on charges of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date Jan. 16.
  • Juan P. Nova Fonseca, 29, Zion, was arrested Jan. 14 at Jefferson and South streets on charges of driving while license suspended, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, and unlawful possession of cannabis/driver. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date Feb. 22.
  • Raymond McCune, 43, Woodstock, was arrested Jan. 15 in the 1100 block of Lake Avenue on charges of driving under the influence, driving under the influence with blood-alcohol content over 0.08 percent, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, and improper lane usage. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date Feb. 22.
  • Brian A. Pesz, 38, transient, was arrested Jan. 18 in the 900 block of Lake Avenue on a charge of criminal damage to property. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date Feb. 22.
  • Ross C. Mayer, 21, Woodstock, was arrested Jan. 18 at the South Madison Street roundabout on charges of failure to yield at an intersection and driving while license suspended. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date March 7.
  • Stephanie L. Ray, 22, Woodstock, was arrested Jan. 22 at Dean Street and Forest Avenue on charges of driving with one headlight, expired vehicle registration, and driving while license suspended. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date Feb. 22.
  • Joseph A. Savino, 41, Lakemoor, was arrested Jan. 22 in the 600 block of Lake Avenue on warrants charging aggravated battery to a police officer, retail theft, and driving under the influence. Taken to jail. No bond. Multiple court dates.
  • Heather N. Hoffman, 29, Woodstock, was arrested Jan. 24 at Lake Avenue and Eastwood Drive on charges of failure to reduce speed and driving with revoked license. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date March 7.
  • Gavin M. McDougall, 26, St. Charles, was arrested Jan. 24 in Woodstock on a charge of violating an order of protection. Taken to jail. No bond. Court date to be set.
  • Derrick D. Robinson, 34, Rockford, was arrested Jan. 25 at Washington and Throop streets on charges of disregarding a stop sign and driving while license revoked. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date Feb. 22.
  • Serafin Cruz Ortiz, 26, was arrested Jan. 26 in the 200 block of South Eastwood Drive on a charge of driving under the influence. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date Feb. 22.
  • Male juvenile, 17, Woodstock, was arrested Jan. 26 at U.S. 14 and Eastwood Drive on charges of driving with license suspended and expired vehicle registration. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date March 7.
  • James M. Cote, 70, Woodstock, was arrested Jan. 26 at South and Jefferson streets on charges of improper lane use, disobeying a stop sign, and driving under the influence. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date Feb. 22.
  • Lucas J. Neuhaus, 41, Antioch, was arrested Jan. 27 at Church and Madison streets on charges of driving while license suspended, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, and expired vehicle registration Released with notice to appear in court. Court date March 7.
  • William G. Bowden, 40, Oakwood Hills, was arrested Feb. 1 in the 1300 block of South Eastwood Drive on a charge of disorderly conduct/fighting. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date March 1.
