  • Geneve Gaytan, 29, transient, was arrested July 29 in the 1700 block of Eastwood Drive on a Glenview Police Department warrant charging burglary. Taken to Glenview Police Department.
  • Keith B. Houston, 53, transient, was arrested July 30 in the 100 block of Benton Street on a charge of disorderly conduct. Held on $100 bond. Court date Aug. 18.
  • Amanda L. Bunday, 46, Woodstock, was arrested July 30 in the 400 block of Leah Lane on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Held on $40,000 bond. Court date to be set.
  • Brandon K. Norwood, 26, Berwyn, was arrested July 31 in the 700 block of St. John’s Road on a charge of criminal damage to property. Released after posting $100 bond. Court date Aug. 25.
  • Clinton E. Smith Jr., 30, was arrested Aug. 1 in the 200 block of South Tryon Street on a Winnebago County warrant charging aggravated discharge of a firearm (two counts). Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Jose L. Debray Gonzalez, 50, McHenry, was arrested Aug. 2 in the 1300 block of South Eastwood Drive on charges of failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, no valid driver’s license, and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Sept. 15.
  • Leobardo Alaguna Loma, 47, transient, was arrested Aug. 2 in the 1000 block of of North Seminary Avenue on a charge of criminal trespass to property. Released after posting $100 bond. Court date Sept. 15.
  • Justin J. Comins, 31, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 3 in the 400 block of South Eastwood Drive on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Held on $25,000 bond. Court date to be set.
  • Jorge L. Ruiz, 46, Wonder Lake, was arrested Aug. 3 at Country Club Drive and Eastwood Drive on charges of disobeying traffic control signal and driving while license suspended a a McHenry County warrant (three charges). Held on $20,000 and $2,500 bond. Court dates Sept. 16 and to be set.
  • Brent J. Klinefelter, 51, Westminster, Colo., was arrested Aug. 4 at Eastwood Drive and Lucas Road on charges of driving while license suspended, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, and expired registration. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Sept. 8.
