Marquetta R. Young, 35, Woodstock, was arrested April 14 in the 500 block of West South Street on a charge of endangering the life of a child. Released after posting $100 bond. Court date May 5.
Mitchell A. Thompsen, 27, Lake in the Hills, was arrested April 14 in the 3700 block of Doty Road on charges of aggravated battery, aggravated assault, and criminal trespass to property. Take to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
Jessica J. Rivera, 37, Woodstock, was arrested April 15 in the 2400 block of Aspen Drive on charges of aggravated battery to child and domestic battery (two counts). Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
Davonte J. Franklin, 20, Woodstock, was arrested April 14 in the 800 block of South Eastwood Drive on charges of improper lane usage, driving while license suspended, and no valid registration, and a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court.
Austin G. Deleon, 29, Round Lake Beach, was arrested April 15 at Route 120 and Queen Anne Road on a charge of driving while license suspended. Bond: $2,500; released with notice to appear in court. Court date May 6.
Rene Bernal Tapia, 51, Woodstock, was arrested April 17 in the 1500 block of Wicker Street on charges of failure to reduce speed, driving under the influence, and driving under the influence with blood-alcohol over 0.8 percent. Bond $3,000. Release with notice to appear in court. Court date June 15.
Jordan T. Bray, 33, transient, was arrested April 16 in the 1200 block of Lake Avenue on charges of retail theft, illegal use of intoxicating compound, and criminal trespass to property. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
Rodney D. Morris, 59, McHenry, was arrested April 17 in the 300 block of Irving Avenue on charges of improper lighting, driving under the influence, driving under the influence with blood-alcohol over 0.8 percent, driving while license suspended, and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Taken to jail. Bond $3,000. Court date May 25.
Phillip L. Sutton, 35, Woodstock, was arrested April 18 in the 700 block of Leah Lane on two counts of domestic battery. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
John M. Podgorski Jr., 29, Harvard, was arrested April 19 in the 1300 block of Sunset Ridge Road on charges of violating bail bond and domestic battery (two counts). Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
Brian Z. Robledo, 24, Woodstock, was arrested April 19 in the 300 block of McHenry Avenue on charges of driving while license suspended, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, and expired registration. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date June 15.
