  • Michael A. Charnota, 42, Woodstock, was arrested Oct. 1 in the 1700 block of South Eastwood Drive on a charge of aggravated battery to a pregnant person. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Justin Schulze, 31, Woodstock, was arrested Oct. 2 in the 1800 block of Wicker Street on a McHenry County warrant charging driving while license revoked. Held on $10,000 bond. Court date to be set.
  • Jesus A. Adame, 19, Woodstock, was arrested Oct. 3 at Kilkenny Court and Lake Avenue on charges of driving while license suspended, improper backing, and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Nov. 18.
  • Kyle A. Averkamp, 35, Woodstock, was arrested Oct. 4 in the 11600 block of Halma Lane on charges of domestic battery (two counts) and resisting a peace officer. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Laura A. Hosticka, 62, Kenosha, Wis., was arrested Oct. 4 on charges of driving under the influence, driving under the influence with blood-alcohol over 0.08 percent, and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Released after posting 10 percent of $3,000 bond. Court date Nov. 18.
  • Nicholas C. Baaske, 34, Wheaton, was arrested Oct. 5 at Church and Main streets on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Held on $100 bond. Court date to be set.
  • Douglas E. Schumacher, 50, Woodstock, was arrested Oct. 5 in the 100 block of Peach Tree Lane on a charge of violating an order of protection. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Male juvenile, 16, Woodstock, was arrested in the 300 block of Raffel Road on charges of speeding, no valid driver’s license, and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Released to family. Court date Dec. 2.
  • Maurice Q. Gill McNeil, 19, West Columbia, S.C., was arrested Oct. 6 in the 14200 block of Westwood Court on a charge of disorderly conduct (two counts). Released after posting $100 bond. Court date Nov. 18.
  • Lisette Meraz, 21, Woodstock, was arrested Oct. 6 in the 1800 block of Clay Street on a charge of domestic battery (two counts). Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Daniel T. Khollman, 29, Wonder Lake, was arrested Oct. 6 at Route 47 and U.S. 14 on charges of improper lighting, driving while license suspended, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Patrick M. Fallaw, 29, Wonder Lake, was arrested Oct. 6 at Route 47 and U.S. 14 on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Maria E. Lopez, 49, Woodstock, was arrested Oct. 7 at Route 47 and Maple Street on charges of fleeing/attempting to elude a peace officer, speeding (two counts) and improper lane usage (two counts). Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Nov. 5.
